If you still have access to the app
- Open Muscle Guard on your phone.
- Go to Profile (the silhouette icon, bottom right).
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm twice — once on the warning screen, once on the final confirmation.
All your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 7 days. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be retained for app improvement.
If you have already lost access
Email support@muscleguardglp.com from the email address registered to your account. We will verify your identity and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account record and login credentials
- All medication logs, weight entries, body measurements, photos, mood logs, side effect records, training sessions, and meal data
- All Doctor PDFs you have generated
- All milestones and achievement records
- Your subscription record (if any). Cancel any active subscription through App Store or Google Play before deleting to ensure no further charges.
What is retained
- Anonymised, aggregated metrics used to improve the app (cannot be linked back to you)
- Records required by South African tax or financial regulation, retained for the statutory minimum period
